Supported local workflows keep the selected file in the active browser session. Browser memory, document complexity and device capability remain practical limits.
When a selected workflow requires online processing, AJN PDF sends the selected file and required options only for that active request so the requested result can be produced and returned.
AJN PDF is designed as a file-processing service, not a permanent cloud-drive product. Online request workspaces are temporary and are subject to the active backend cleanup policy.
File and request safety limits are enforced automatically by each workflow. Current policy details are published on the limits page, and online processing can enforce lower live limits when required.
Each tool explains the workflow, supported inputs and result steps without cluttering the workspace.
The public directory prioritizes workflows that are ready to use, easy to find and clear about their current capabilities.
Protection and unlocking workflows use the configured PDF security engine. Unlocking requires the current password and user authorization.
